About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional with pharmacy or AHPRA registered nurse experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing clinical support, handling inquiries and reviewing pre-approvals. This position requires strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in a pharmacy or nursing (AHPRA registered) setting
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and professionally
- Excellent telephone skills and confidence
- Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
