Job description

🐾 About FetchFetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We’ve raised our Series A from Lightspeed and Airtree, customers love us (rated #1 by Choice Magazine), 4.9⭐️ reviews, and we’re growing FAST.We're looking for a growth engineer to build and scale acquisition loops that grow Fetch. • Compensation: Series A salary + meaningful equity upside
  • Tooling: Cursor, Claude Code, OpenClaw, Claude, n8n, Make, Pipedream – whatever you need to ship fast, no token limits

Responsibilities

🚀 What You'll Do

  • Ship experiments weekly across website, SEO/AEO pages, referral loops, partner platforms, and outreach flows
  • Own measurement end-to-end: events, funnels, attribution, dashboards, and data QA
  • Build agents and workflows that compound output (research, generation, QA, monitoring, automation)
  • Keep SEO fundamentals sharp: performance, schema, internal linking, indexing, quality checks
  • Turn real Fetch insights (customer questions, objections, reviews, product releases) into repeatable systems
  • Build website surfaces that convert: landing pages, calculators, comparison pages, onboarding funnels
  • Create SEO/AEO pages that scale with quality templates and automated QA
  • Build referral loops with tracking and guardrails
  • Agents and lightweight platforms that unlock new growth loops

  • AI-native workflow. You’re genuinely advanced with tools like Claude Code, Cursor or OpenClaw. You’ve built automations or agents that increased output meaningfully

Nice-to-haves:

  • Framer, Next.js (Next.js) or similar
  • CMS (Content management system) experience
  • A/B testing (A/B testing) and experimentation platforms
  • GA4, Hex, event tracking, attribution, dashboards
