About The Role 🤔:

Immutable is building the future of player onboarding, discovery, and engagement. Our mission is to help more games launch successfully using next-generation growth and automation tools.

As an Associate GTM Operations Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of Applied AI, Automation Engineering, Support Operations, and Commercial Strategy. You’ll help scale our automation-led support engine, streamline GTM workflows, and build tools that empower our Commercial, Growth, and BD teams.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll diagnose issues, optimise processes, build automations, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve our customer and internal user experience.

Responsibilities

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮

  • Supercharge the Commercial Engine: Architect, optimize, and execute the critical processes, tools, and data workflows that form the backbone of our commercial team.
  • Scale Intelligent Support: Take ownership of our customer support function, driving initiatives that allow us to scale efficiently while maintaining a world-class user experience.
  • Accelerate GTM Strategy: You will play a pivotal role in the Go-to-Market strategy for Immutable Audience, designing and deploying automation initiatives that widen our reach and impact.
  • Unlock Insights Through Data: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights that inform GTM strategy, customer onboarding, and support efficiency.

Job requirements

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
  • Experience working in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, analysis) to support decision-making.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong bias toward learning new systems and solving problems at scale.

Bonus Points For ✅

  • Experience using or integrating AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, automation tools like Make/Zapier/N8N/RelevanceAI).
  • Experience building support workflows or automations in tools like DevRev, Intercom, Zendesk, Glean, or similar.
  • Previous exposure to GTM, RevOps, support operations, or startup environments.
