Instant is a technology company on a mission to power the world's most innovative brands, driving their revenue and retention on autopilot. We have grown revenue from $0-3M ARR in the past 6 months, have 4 products in market, raised $8+ pre-seed, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling up this velocity even further!

Our Operations team is the engine room that powers high-impact, needle-moving initiatives across Instant - working directly with leadership, and partnering across product, engineering, sales, marketing, growth, people and everything in between. No two weeks will look the same.

We're after a sharp generalist and operator - someone who can figure things out quickly, make things happen even faster, and break down tough challenges into clear, strategic action. You love getting stuck in, figuring stuff out, and making sh*t happen!

Responsibilities

You will**:**

  • Work cross-functionally to help solve some of our most complex challenges and unlock new opportunities
  • Move fast on action items from company-wide initiatives aimed at improving how we work
  • Research new product and ops ideas that can help us level up processes and execution
  • Drive business operations in our Sydney hub - managing logistics, office ops, and whatever else it takes to keep things running smoothly on the ground
  • Support our sales and CS teams by building lead lists, syncing data across systems, and surfacing insights from business data
  • Write sharp initiative briefs to help shape new ideas from the ops, product, and leadership teams
  • Own our core business systems (e.g. CRM) - keeping them tidy, healthy, and ready to scale
  • Pull recurring and ad hoc reports to drive daily, weekly, and quarterly business reviews - and extract insights that inform decisions

Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Able to untangle messy problems and turn them into clear, actionable steps
  • Knows when to take initiative and just get things moving
  • Comfortable working with data or financial models, and making the insights easy for others to understand
  • Someone who’s comfortable being scrappy when it counts, but who still holds the bar high
  • Has taken projects from idea to launch, seeing things through end-to-end
  • Confident using CRMs like HubSpot, and savvy with a spreadsheet
  • You’re great with people - easy to work with, quick to build trust, and can rally a group behind an idea
  • Has set up simple, effective processes that actually get adopted
  • Can switch gears quickly - equally happy deep in the weeds or stepping back to see the big picture
  • A win if you’ve got experience in a high-growth SaaS, ecommerce, or martech startup
