Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organised Content Producer to help bring our patients’ stories to life through fast, fresh, and emotionally powerful content.

You’ll produce work that helps women feel seen, supported, and inspired on their weight loss journey - from UGC to polished video campaigns. You understand how digital-first brands grow through high-volume, high-velocity content and you’re excited to be part of a team that’s scaling fast.

This role is all about owning production end to end - managing timelines, booking talent, wrangling logistics, and collaborating closely with creatives and editors to bring ideas to life. You’ll work day-to-day with our Creative Lead, Creative Strategists, and Creative Ops Manager to keep things moving smoothly.

At Juniper, we do a lot in-house so you’ll get stuck into everything from paid social and patient stories to brand campaigns and new formats. If you love making content that connects with real people, and want to help women rewrite the weight loss narrative, we’d love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end production of Juniper shoots from planning and scheduling to shoot-day execution and final delivery
  • Work with the Creative Lead and Creative Ops Manager to scale our production engine and increase content output
  • Build and manage a reliable talent roster across creators, patients, and influencers
  • Coordinate shoot logistics for in-studio, on-location, and remote content
  • Partner with editors, creatives, and strategists to bring briefs to life with smart, scrappy production solutions
  • Support larger brand shoots that may involve external crew or production partners
  • Keep production systems humming: talent usage rights, supplier comms, scheduling, and tracking
  • Manage shoot budgets and timelines to ensure we move quickly without compromising quality

Job requirements

About You (Who You Are)

  • 3–5 years’ experience producing social-first content, ideally in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
  • Confident leading small to mid-scale shoots, and comfortable wrangling gear, talent, and crew
  • A love of working with creatives and a drive to help turn great ideas into great content
  • Super organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
  • Skilled in production planning, supplier management, and stakeholder communication
  • Comfortable working in a high-output, growth-focused environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and excited to help shape how we do things as we grow

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with real people stories, testimonials, or UGC
  • Experience producing integrated multichannel campaigns
  • Basic editing, camera, and directing skills
  • Familiarity with paid social or performance-driven content
  • A solid network of local suppliers, freelancers, and production crew
  • A reel or portfolio of work you’re proud of
