We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to help drive Linktree’s next stage of growth by owning one of the biggest variables in paid acquisition: creative.
You won’t be here to feed a content calendar or execute pre-written briefs. You’ll lead with insight — using performance data, audience understanding, and sharp judgement to decide what we should make next, and translate that into ads that convert and scale across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
This is a conversion-led, data-informed creative strategy role. You’ll turn learnings from paid social into clear hypotheses, build structured testing roadmaps, and iterate fast to find repeatable winners. You’ll own the sprint cycle end-to-end — from angle selection to creative direction to post-launch analysis — while briefing and managing our creative agency and measurement partners and aligning closely with Growth, Design, Content, and our creator network.
Day-to-day, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Performance Marketing Specialists, where creative strategy and media buying are tightly integrated. As Linktree scales paid investment globally, your work will directly influence how efficiently every dollar performs.
