This role must be based in Adelaide. We're open to people who are wanting to relocate from other states of Australia but you must be based in Adelaide with hybrid working at our brand new HQ next to Adelaide airport.

You'll be driving go-to-market strategies for revolutionary hardware that leverages our own fleet of satellites to change how mining exploration happens on Earth (and soon, beyond).Our Product - ExoSphere - leverages space technology, 3D multiphysics and AI to map mineral systems in real-time with near-zero environmental impact. This enables explorers to make faster, data-driven decisions onsite with access to real-time 3D imaging AI-powered insights to increase drilling success rates and reduce time to discovery and environmental footprint.You will report directly to Matt Pearson, our Interim CMO, and lead a team of 6 talented marketers across Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Brand, and Field Marketing. Together, you'll define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and position Fleet Space as the definitive leader in space-enabled mineral exploration.
There is a genuine opportunity for this person to scale and optimize a high-performing marketing organization, with clear accountability for driving measurable business impact across the entire customer acquisition funnel.As the strategic leader of our global marketing function and working closely with Sales, you'll architect comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align cross-functional teams around customer value and business outcomes. You'll guide performance across all marketing verticals with a focus on Field Marketing but also Digital and ABM, from product positioning and messaging for Tier 1 mining customers to demand generation campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth with global enterprise prospects. Leading marketing strategies for our AI-powered, satellite-enabled solutions, you'll oversee campaign execution, optimize marketing operations for scale, and establish the systems and processes that maintain quality while increasing velocity. Your role includes partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to prioritize strategic accounts, while building a culture of data-driven experimentation where your team can iterate, learn, and optimize based on real business impact. You'll develop and report on key metrics including marketing contribution to pipeline growth, lead acquisition and engagement scores, brand awareness in key markets, ABM performance, and team productivity across all marketing functions.
