eLearning Quality Assurance Specialist

The Role:As an eLearning Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful development and quality assurance of eLearning projects across multiple sectors. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that eLearning materials are developed, reviewed, and delivered to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and industry best practices to review learning materials to ensure it meets the needs of our diverse audience.

• Work hours: Full-time | Flexible working arrangements available
  
• Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 total package including super

Key Responsibilities‍Content QA‍

• Review and evaluate eLearning content, courses, and modules to ensure accuracy with grammar and spelling, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
  
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that the content adheres to established education standards, branding guidelines, and technical specifications.
  
• Identify and address inconsistencies, errors, and usability issues within eLearning materials.
  
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements to content creators and developers.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and workflows.
  
• Monitor customer feedback to assess perceptions of content quality, delivery, and user experience.
  
• Document and maintain accurate records of processes to ensure we are adhering to the Company’s quality standards.
  
• Work towards continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
  

‍Testing‍

• Publishing eLearning files for upload to multiple LMS platforms
  
• Testing the published files to ensure they meet client specifications with reporting and other data collection requirements
  
• Working collaboratively with the cross functional teams to identity, and fix issues and bugs
  
• Working closely with the LMS platform development team to troubleshoot and fix any identified bugs
  
• Compiling and maintaining a bug report to ensure similar issues do not occur
