Job description

The Role

As an Executive Assistant at Linktree, you’ll be a trusted partner to two senior leaders: our Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and the SVP of People & Legal. You’ll play a key role in managing their day-to-day operations, keeping them focused and organised while also supporting the wider team experience.

You’ll own calendars, travel, logistics and coordination across key meetings and projects. Beyond that, you’ll help drive culture through onboarding, rituals, events, and people programs, working closely with the People & Culture and Executive Operations teams.

This role requires someone who is thoughtful, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups

  • Process expenses, support team logistics, and keep admin running smoothly

  • Partner with the PX team on key engagement and culture moments (e.g. onboarding, events, rituals)
  • Help coordinate Linkie Leaps, LLLY Awards, and end-of-year celebrations
  • Support DEIB and wellbeing initiatives as part of broader company efforts

Operational & Project Support

  • Maintain team documentation, shared drives, and contract/event tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners (e.g. WeWork, event contacts, external agencies)
  • Collaborate with the Admin team on planning and executing leadership and company-wide offsites
  • Jump in on special projects and team priorities that benefit from structure and coordination
  • Track key actions from leadership meetings to ensure momentum and accountability
