The role
As Head of GTM for the APAC region, you’ll be responsible for setting and implementing the go-to-market strategy that ultimately delivers revenue and growth targets for the region. You will focus on the strategic growth and operational go-to-market management of the APAC region for SafetyCulture. Today, our primary focus is on the Australia and New Zealand markets but we expect to expand across other markets in APAC over the coming years.
You will be the leader that all go-to-market employees in the APAC region look to for strategy, direction and clarity and you’ll focus relentlessly on talent - hiring the best people and building them into one, amazing team.
As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with global teams to ensure our product offerings meet the market and key industries and tailor strategies to the unique needs of each market within the APAC region.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a diverse region.
