In this role, you’ll be the go-to marketing expert within a cross-functional industry ‘squad,’ working hand-in-hand with sales, product, and customer teams to build powerful industry partnerships and create marketing programs that move the needle. Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills and experience:

  • Stand as the insurance marketing champion in ANZ, responsible for formulating and executing strategically focused end-to-end marketing programs including events and digital campaigns, to drive demand in order to achieve pipeline and squad goals and maintain relationships with senior leaders of the business.
  • Build strong aligned relationships with both the sales and product teams.
  • Provide direction to internal and external creative resources to brief, conceptualise, create and tactically execute localised campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate fiscal responsibility when delivering marketing assets and activities.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
  • Present at quarterly business reviews on marketing activity and performance.

Job requirements

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
  • Industry expertise in insurance or experience marketing to highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end marketing programs, including digital campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives.
  • Strong experience in collaborating with sales and product teams, across regions, aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets and marketing resources effectively to maximise impact.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance, interpret data-driven insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience working with external creative agencies, vendors, and internal designers, content writers to develop high-quality marketing assets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present marketing performance at quarterly business reviews.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), and digital analytics is a plus but also MarTech platforms savvy (SFDC, Canva, 6Sense, Looker).
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while executing with precision.
