The Manager, Commercial Sales will lead a team of 3–4 Account Executives and Account Managers in the Mid-Market segment. This is a player-coach role with both leadership and individual contribution responsibilities. The role ensures the team executes against Sitemate playbooks, operating principles, frameworks, and values while driving continuous development of individuals. As a cultural leader, this role will set the standard for Mid-Market sales and collaborate closely with other managers, directors, and the GM to deliver strong results across Oceania.
