📝 Overview

The Manager, Commercial Sales will lead a team of 3–4 Account Executives and Account Managers in the Mid-Market segment. This is a player-coach role with both leadership and individual contribution responsibilities. The role ensures the team executes against Sitemate playbooks, operating principles, frameworks, and values while driving continuous development of individuals. As a cultural leader, this role will set the standard for Mid-Market sales and collaborate closely with other managers, directors, and the GM to deliver strong results across Oceania.

Responsibilities

🔧 Day-to-Day

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to coach, review pipeline, and support development.
  • Run weekly team meetings & call review sessions to to review performance, align on goals, and reinforce playbooks and frameworks.
  • Run demos, and close deals to contribute to individual sales targets.
  • Provide real-time deal support to reps, including joining customer calls and helping with negotiation.
  • Partner with directors and the GM to align on strategy, report on progress, and contribute to broader Oceania sales performance.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new Mid-Market sales team members when needed.
