About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting campaign delivery across key marketing channels, assisting in tracking performance and liaising with external agencies.Your work will help keep our marketing engine running smoothly.

Responsibilities

What the day-to-day looks like in this role:

Email Marketing

  • Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns and automated flows.
  • Create and manage email content.
  • Maintain audience lists and segmentations in the email platform.
  • Monitor campaign status and flag issues or anomalies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4) and ensure campaign URLs are correctly tagged.
  • Pull regular performance data and compile it into reports for the team.
  • Support with tracking documentation and marketing dashboards.

Paid Ads

  • Assist in creating and uploading creative assets, ad copy and audience details for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor live campaigns for budget pacing and delivery issues.
  • Communicate any issues or performance concerns to the Marketing Manager or external agency.

Website Support

  • Update website content, images and links using the CMS.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across website pages.
  • Work with developers or designers to action technical or visual changes as needed.
  • Work with external SEO agency to action initiatives.

Social Media

  • Maintain posting schedules across key platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Upload posts provided by internal or external content creators.
  • Monitor basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and highlight any issues or opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

External Agency Coordination

  • Help manage timelines, asset delivery and approvals with external agencies and contractors.
  • Maintain shared calendars, briefs and folders to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with tracking agency deliverables.

Job requirements

The must-have criteria for this role:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support, coordination or admin role (internships included).
  • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and website content tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools like GA4 is a bonus.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and a natural problem-solver.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus:

  • Previous experience working with agencies or remote teams.
  • Experience working across multiple brands at the same time.
