We’re on the lookout for an organised, energetic and people-loving People Team Coordinator to join our growing People Experience crew at Carma!This role is perfect for someone looking to build on their HR and talent foundations, get stuck into real hands-on work, and learn a tonne along the way. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR admin, onboarding and hiring support — welcoming new hires, juggling calendars, keeping our inbox in check, and making sure our people experience runs smoothly from start to finish. No two days are the same!
You’ve ideally had a bit of experience or exposure to a HR or talent role, and used to juggling lots of admin!You’re a natural organiser — whether it’s calendars, inboxes or a to-do list, you’re on top of itYou’re a clear, confident communicator who’s happy chatting with people at all levelsYou’re curious, open-minded and up for learning about the full people experience lifecycleYou’re studying (or have studied) HR, business, psychology or something similar — or you’ve already worked in a similar space and loved itYou thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the samePlease note: This is a full time position based onsite in our HQ in Sydney.
