Design plays a big role in everything we do—from turning heads with paid ads to making people smile when they open a box of loo rolls. Our small but mighty team of creatives brings bold ideas to life across every touchpoint, helping us connect with our audience, grow our impact, and stay unmistakably us.
We’re looking for a Performance Designer to focus on high-performing, scroll-stopping creative that helps fuel our growth. Reporting to the Associate Design Lead, this is a hands-on, ideas-meets-execution role where you’ll shape the visual direction of paid video, paid social, blog posts, performance marketing campaigns, and various other e-commerce initiatives, and collaborate closely with the video and marketing teams to drive results—all while keeping things fun, fresh, and on brand.
We’re purpose-driven at our core, so while your work will help hit acquisition goals, it’ll also help fund clean water and sanitation projects around the world. Not bad for a day’s work, right?
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in
You have solid design chops with a performance mindset
You’ve got a strong grasp of design fundamentals and know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud. You’re thoughtful about best practices and care about creating work that’s not just beautiful—but effective. You understand what makes content perform across different platforms and stay curious about evolving trends in performance marketing.
You’re curious, strategic, and love a good brief
You ask the right questions upfront to make sure you’re clear on the goals before diving in. You collaborate closely with teammates—like the Performance copywriter, video team, and eCommerce—to turn insights into big, bold, thumb-stopping creative. You stay tapped into the broader company strategy and understand how your work connects to larger goals.
You collaborate well and communicate clearly
You build strong relationships across teams, and you’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback. You work best in a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and you're proactive about checking in, flagging capacity, or stepping in to help when needed.
You manage your time and your growth
You’re organised, meet deadlines, and communicate openly when things shift. You’re also invested in developing your skills—whether it’s improving how you present creative work or working with your mentor to grow as a designer.
You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!
