About the role

This is an opportunity for an experienced creative designer to help shape the future of healthcare.

You will work closely with our growth and wider team to establish Everlab as the most trusted and innovative healthcare provider in Australia.

You will maintain our established brand presence and play a key role in the evolution of Everlab’s identity as we build new products and expand into new channels.

You'll make an impact by pouring your design skills into:

  • digital marketing assets, including landing pages, ad creatives, e-guides, social media content and more
  • consulting on visual identity for video content
  • business development collateral, such as brochures, presentations and proposals
  • collaborating on the conceptualisation of content that speaks to our audience and gets noticed

Responsibilities

Who You Are

  • An experienced operator: You have around 7+ years of experience in either agencies or in house roles and a portfolio of work showcasing your stand-out design skills. You have the experience to know that every touchpoint matters — from a single social tile to a national campaign.
  • A Creative powerhouse: You don’t just sit back and wait for briefs. You are brimming with ideas and always looking for ways to elevate and evolve.
  • A Tools wizard: You work quickly but with purpose and precision, utilising tools and processes to produce your work on time and to brief.

Job requirements

You're confident in:

Figma – applying our brand system, creating templates, and collaborating across teams

Canva – producing fast-turnaround static and motion content

Adobe Creative Suite - confident using Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign for image editing, mockups, graphics, brochures

AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to boost both efficiency and creativity

Bonus points for experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or motion graphics

  • A brand nerd: You understand the power of brand identity and you’re passionate about leveraging design to drive connection between brand and customer.
  • A relentlessly resourceful designer: You aren’t afraid to get in the weeds and know when and how to move fast with limited resources while still thinking strategically. You can find 30 minute solutions to 30 day problems, anticipate and work around obstacles and deliver results in half the time most competent people think is possible.
  • An ambitious creative with unreasonably high standards: You hold yourself and those around you to the highest standards. You notice the finest details because you understand that the small details are the difference between average and incredible.
  • An Incredible teammate: You communicate with kindness and enjoy the growth that comes from giving and receiving direct and honest feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes, know when to “disagree and commit” and care more about the team being successful than you being right.
