Senior Financial Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team based in Alexandria. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate reporting, maintaining a strong control environment, and supporting Carma as we continue to scale. You’ll work across multiple areas of finance from general ledger and tax to audit and systems bringing a commercial mindset and a sharp eye for detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations across key accounts
• Maintain the general ledger and manage vehicle stock and fixed assets
• Support external audits and help ensure we’re meeting ASX and AASB reporting standards
• Assist in preparing financial reports including quarterly, half-year and full-year accounts
• Work within and optimise ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central) to improve financial accuracy and reporting
• Partner with teams across the business to share financial insights that support decision-making
• Contribute to process improvements that help us scale efficiently and stay ahead of requirements
• Support ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives as we continue to grow
