Job description

About Your Role

Harrison.ai runs across six regions and multiple business lines. This role owns the analysis on top of the group's finance systems — squad-level P&L, CARR (contracted annual recurring revenue), and the numbers that go into board and QBR packs. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the CFO, you'll be defining how the group reports itself: one consistent set of numbers across six regions, multiple business lines. The Finance squad are rebuilding on NetSuite and Salesforce with a Databricks reporting layer, so you'll help decide what the group's reporting model looks like rather than inherit one.

Responsibilities

What You Do:

  • Own the monthly management reporting cycle for squad-based and entity-level P&L, including actuals-vs-budget variance and the commentary that explains it.
  • Build and maintain the FY budget and rolling forecast across squads and entities, in the Australian fiscal year (1 July – 30 June).
  • Report CARR and its movements — new, expansion, churn — and reconcile Salesforce opportunity data to signed contracts. Work closely with the sales teams to drive revenue outcomes.
  • Model unit economics for SaaS and for the teleradiology service, including per-study and per-site pricing decisions.
  • Prepare board-pack and QBR schedules for the CEO Office, and support investor relations with the underlying analysis.
  • Work with the data team on the NetSuite and Databricks pipelines so recurring reporting is queryable rather than rebuilt in Excel each month.
  • Support audit, statutory reporting and IPO-readiness workstreams, including segregation-of-duties and control documentation.
  • Provide deal support to Commercial on tenders, pricing and business cases, including the Limits of Authority checks Legal owns.

Job requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in FP&A, transaction services or investment banking.
  • Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, including FX translation.
  • Strong financial modelling: three-statement and driver-based.
  • SQL or Python at a level that lets you pull your own data. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint assumed.
  • ERP experience.
  • Ability to write clear financial commentary for executive and Board audiences.

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • CA, CPA or CFA.
  • NetSuite experience.
  • Salesforce or Databricks experience.
  • SaaS or recurring-revenue metrics (ARR, net revenue retention, cohort analysis).
  • Healthcare, medical device or regulated-industry experience.
  • Pre-IPO or listed-company reporting.
