Job description

Your Mission

As the Senior Product Designer for our mobile app, your mission is to solve one of the biggest challenges in construction: the disconnect between the office and the field.

You will be responsible for charting the course for our mobile app, driving the design and strategy to make it an indispensable tool as quickly as possible. Propeller is already active on over 25k worksites globally each month, and your challenge is to get our platform into the hands of the hundreds of thousands of operators, surveyors, and foremen on those sites. You'll be designing the tools that connect everyone, turning a complex worksite into a single, collaborative map.

You’ll partner with a strong engineering team to tackle the exciting challenge of making a webview-based application feel truly native, while also building a scalable foundation that can support all the new value we'll be adding with our upcoming product bets. This is a rare opportunity to have a massive impact, shaping a product that will become an essential daily tool for a huge, underserved user base across the globe.
