Job description

What you'll do

Own our analytics engineering layer

You'll design, build and maintain scalable data models that transform raw and staged data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets. Working across our silver and gold layers, you'll create clean, reliable and well-documented data assets that become the foundation for reporting, analytics and decision-making.

Partner with the business

You'll challenge assumptions, shape requirements, and ensure business logic is applied consistently across the organisation.

Enable self-service analytics

You'll build and support semantic layers, dashboards and reporting solutions that empower teams to answer their own questions. You'll help establish trusted metrics, improve data literacy, and create a culture where people can confidently use data to make decisions.

Raise the engineering bar

As a senior member of the team, you'll define analytics engineering standards and best practices across modelling, testing, documentation and governance. You'll mentor colleagues, review work, and help grow analytics engineering capability across Eftsure.

Drive continuous improvement
