About The Role 🤔:

We are looking for a Vibe & Experience Specialist to help bring our culture to life and create an office environment where people genuinely love coming to work. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the day-to-day employee experience across our Sydney HQ.

From curating memorable moments and events to ensuring the office runs smoothly and feels energising, welcoming, and well-supported, you will play a central role in building the environment that allows Immutables to collaborate and perform at their best. You will operate as the cultural heartbeat of the office, balancing creative culture initiatives with practical office management. You will work closely with the People team, building management, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class workplace experience while ensuring the office's operations run seamlessly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating great experiences for people, enjoys solving problems quickly, and is excited to contribute to the culture and energy of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:

  • Act as a culture curator who brings Immutable’s values and company culture to life through creative events, memorable moments, and everyday experiences that surprise and delight employees.
  • Plan and execute a monthly Vibe calendar that keeps the team engaged, including curated lunches, surprises and Friday vibe activities that strengthen connection across the company, creating meaningful moments.
  • Organise and run internal events across the year, including company anniversaries, celebrations, and cycle events with upwards of 100 employees attending these special moments.
  • Own the day-to-day office experience at our Sydney HQ, ensuring the environment is welcoming, the lunches are catered 5 days per week, our kitchen is well-stocked, areas are organised, and all is operating smoothly.
  • Manage office operations end-to-end, including facilities coordination, vendor management, building management liaison, deliveries, supplies, and general office maintenance.
  • Order and maintain swag for our employees across new joiners, special moments and anniversary packs.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for internal company events, where required, with our travel partner.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for vibe, general office and employee experience enquiries, helping solve problems quickly and keeping the office running smoothly.
  • Partner with the People team to support culture initiatives and administration.

Job requirements

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

  • 2+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, events, hospitality, or employee experience roles.
  • Relevant experience working in high-growth startups or fast-moving technology companies, where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Experience coordinating company events, internal culture activities, or workplace engagement initiatives.
  • A genuine passion for creating positive workplace experiences and building strong company culture.
  • High energy and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage employees across the company.
  • A mindset that nothing is too big or too small, from planning large internal events to solving day-to-day office challenges.
  • The ability to build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted support person for employees and leadership.
  • Comfort working across both planning culture initiatives and hands-on execution.
