About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to help drive clarity, insight, and efficiency across the business. This is a hands on role here you’ll work closely with leadership, product, CX and engineering to translate complex questions into structured analysis and actionable solutions.

You’ll dig into data, support process improvement, and help ensure that we’re making well-informed decisions as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy and operations - perfect for someone who loves combining big-picture thinking with analytical depth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Run data/SQL queries to support financial analysis, product usage tracking and operational reporting.
  • Work closely with leadership and individual departments to develop dashboards, forecasts and reporting packages that support leadership decision making.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define business metrics, validate data accuracy, and track product performance.
  • Analyse cross-functional workflows and identify areas to improve automation, efficiency, and clarity.
  • Support key strategic initiatives such as pricing, financial modelling, supplier revenue reporting, and customer segmentation.
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build documentation that helps standardise definitions, data sources, and key business processes.

Job requirements

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or BizOps role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Proficient in SQL — comfortable working directly with raw data to support deep dives and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model and interpret data in business context.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product, Engineering, and CX.
  • Confident building reports and visualisations in spreadsheets or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Tableau).
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation and presentation skills.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience in SaaS finance, product pricing, or revenue analytics.
  • Familiarity with subscription metrics, unit economics, or billing systems.
  • Background in startup or scale-up environments.
