Whether it’s developing thought leadership pieces, refining website copy, or optimizing content for demand generation, you’ll balance high-level strategy with execution. This individual is passionate about storytelling, has a deep understanding of content marketing best practices, and can drive content initiatives that align with ROLLER’s broader marketing goals.

  • Own editorial planning, ensuring a steady stream of content that supports campaigns, SEO initiatives, and customer education efforts. Optimize content for organic search and performance across digital channels.
  • Coach the content team, fostering a culture of learning and development. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to help each team member grow in their respective fields.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Implement and refine processes to optimize workflow and content operations.
  • Stay ahead of content marketing trends, integrating new techniques and tools that elevate ROLLER’s content strategy and position us as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Oversee all brand messaging, from web copy and blogs to campaign headlines and taglines. Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
