Job description

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level role with full ownership: you’ll develop, execute, and continuously optimise our lifecycle marketing strategy across practitioners and consumers. If you’ve built journeys where customer touchpoints are mapped in fine detail and conversion rates are obsessed over — you’ll feel right at home. Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we’d love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full lifecycle email strategy across both healthcare practitioners and consumers
  • Build automated onboarding, engagement, and referral journeys that educate and motivate
  • Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Product teams to create consistent, high-impact messaging
  • Write compelling emails that reflect the brand and resonate with both healthcare professionals and consumers
  • Use HubSpot and Vero to build, test, and optimise campaigns end-to-end
  • Dive into data to track performance, identify insights, and drive continuous improvement
  • Create segmentation strategies that personalise user experiences and increase impact
  • Develop documentation and templates to support consistency and scale
  • Stay across trends in lifecycle marketing, automation, and AI-enhanced workflows

Job requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 4–5+ years in email marketing or CRM/lifecycle marketing roles
  • Strong experience building and managing journeys in HubSpot (Vero experience a plus)
  • End-to-end ownership across planning, writing, execution, and optimisation
  • Comfort in complex B2B and B2C environments (health, insurance, energy, or finance experience ideal)
  • A strategic thinker with strong writing skills and a sharp eye for audience needs
  • Analytical and data-literate — you love digging into performance metrics and acting on them
  • Comfortable moving fast, experimenting, and making things better with every iteration
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and content development
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Why join Mindset Health?

  • Impact That Matters: You’ll help us connect practitioners and patients with support that improves lives.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: This is your lane to own, build, and evolve.
  • Growth-Minded Culture: Work with curious, kind, and smart people who love learning.
  • Human-Centered Perks: Competitive salary, equity options, healthcare & wellbeing support, generous parental leave, menstrual & menopause leave, and tailored L&D.
