The Opportunity

As our #1 marketing hire, you will build and execute a content strategy that drives customer acquisition and establishes Multiplier as a thought leader.

You will be responsible for creating compelling, high-impact content across various formats – from insightful SEO articles to engaging product videos and clear walkthroughs – that resonate with IT and Security professionals.

We are looking for a proactive, versatile content creator and strategist who thrives in an early-stage environment, and can translate complex technical concepts into persuasive marketing narratives. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Define and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy primarily focused on attracting new customers, driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, prioritizing content that effectively tells Multiplier’s story and moves prospects through the marketing funnel.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging marketing content designed to attract and convert our target audience (IT & Security professionals). This includes SEO-driven articles, case studies, landing pages, templates, and demos.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all marketing content to enhance organic visibility and attract relevant traffic.
  • Analyze the impact of marketing content using relevant metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement). Prioritize the content roadmap based on data-driven insights into what builds our brand, drives qualified traffic, and converts prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to deeply understand product features. Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive marketing content that highlights benefits for prospective customers.
  • Work directly with the CEO on overall marketing direction and support additional initiatives as needed in our early-stage environment.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Based in Sydney, Australia, with the ability to work from our Sydney office 1-2 days per week.
  • Proven experience (2-3+ years) as a Marketer, ideally a Content Marketer or a versatile marketing generalist with a strong content focus, within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create high-quality, authentic, and engaging content across various formats (e.g., SEO articles, product videos, walkthroughs, case studies).
  • Demonstrated ability to define marketing strategy, own a content roadmap, and measure impact on business goals (customer acquisition, revenue).
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation workflows while maintaining quality and authenticity.
  • Ability to quickly absorb complex technical information and distill it into clear, concise, and persuasive marketing content.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing principles, and SEO best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
