Full stack Developer

Marco Polo Portal is an NDIS-focused housemate-matching platform that empowers people with disabilities to choose who they live with. We believe that who you live with is more important than the house itself, and we’re building tools to make shared living safer, more empowering, and participant-driven. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help us build a platform that changes lives. This is a full-time, fully remote position. You’ll work with PHP (Laravel) on the back end and Vue.js on the front end, creating scalable, user-friendly, and secure solutions for our participants, support coordinators, and providers.

Build and maintain scalable web applications with Laravel and Vue.js.

Design and integrate APIs, ensuring smooth data flow across services.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code aligned with industry best practices.

Work closely with our product and current development team to deliver participant-focused features.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.

Ensure platform security, accessibility, and scalability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
