About The Role 🤔

Immutable is building the most valuable network for gamers and games. A core part of that ambition is launching new products that our gamers and games love, and drives recurring revenue to fund our exponential growth. As Head of B2C Monetisation, you’ll lead the design and launch of new consumer-facing products that create real value for players while generating meaningful revenue for Immutable.

You’ll operate like a founder within the business, running an innovation pod that brings together product, engineering, finance, and commercial expertise to validate ideas, ship quickly, and iterate based on what works. This role is not about optimising an existing motion, it’s about building something new, fast, and high impact. The initial focus will be on designing a pre-launch monetisation product that helps games establish and engage an audience before launch through a new on-chain mechanism, underpinned by stablecoins.

You’ll be the commercial owner, responsible for proving the product works, selling it to high-quality games, and building the operational muscle to scale it. You will report directly into the exco and founders, and have significant, dedicated time from that group supporting your program and investing in your development.

Responsibilities

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:

  • Design and validate entirely new revenue streams for Immutable’s player base
  • Work closely with strategic game partners to test early hypotheses, gather signal, and refine our monetisation model through fast, high-integrity experimentation
  • Own the commercial architecture of these products, including pricing models, monetisation mechanics, risk frameworks etc.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope and deliver high-impact MVPs with clear value to both players and games
  • Lead conversations directly with game studios to secure design partners, pilot deals, and early commercial agreements
  • Build a sustainable, scalable playbook that can be operationalised across our game network and supported by future team expansion
  • Define the early operating model and go-to-market for Immutable’s consumer monetisation function, with a direct line of sight to revenue contribution and business model innovation

Job requirements

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

  • Experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm with a clear shift into execution-focused, fast-paced product or startup environments
  • A strong track record of commercial ownership; you’ve built and launched new products or ventures that generated revenue and solved real user problems
  • Comfort navigating zero-to-one environments, where the right answer isn’t obvious and success comes from structured testing, customer intimacy, and decisive execution
  • The ability to sell a product vision early; you know how to pitch an idea with energy, conviction, and enough rigour to bring internal and external stakeholders on board
  • Deep curiosity about how consumer products monetise; you’ve thought about things like pricing psychology, incentive design, checkout flows, or yield mechanics, and can bring structured ideas to the table
  • A hands-on, low-ego approach to execution; you’ll be working closely with engineering, finance, and legal to get products shipped, and know how to navigate complexity without losing momentum
