About Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company on a mission to solve the world’s biggest healthcare challenges.

What we have achieved so far

🚀 Launched 5 demographically tailored brands and facilitated over 1 million medical consultations worldwide (Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, & Compound).

🌍 Built a team of approaching 500 Eucalypts in 6 countries (🇦🇺🇬🇧🇩🇪🇯🇵🇵🇭🇿🇦) consisting of medical practitioners, engineers, operators and many more functions!

💰 Raised over US$100M funding from the same investors who backed Canva, Uber, and AirBnB.

🇬🇧 In just over 2 years we have grown the Juniper UK brand, which is now our biggest brand globally!… and we’re just getting started! Read more about our mission to change healthcare here.

What’s Next?

Our next phase is defined by strategic growth and innovation. We’re continuing to grow our world-class team, attracting the brightest minds in technology and healthcare. Combined with substantial investment in our technology, we're focused on making a tangible difference through transformative healthcare solutions that improve the lives of millions across the globe.

Responsibilities

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

You will lead Juniper’s growth in Australia.

You’ll partner with leaders across the org to craft growth strategies that are insight-led, narrative-driven and grounded in data. You’ll implement these across all patient touch points, from ads to websites to our in-app experiences.

You’ll be at the helm of Eucalyptus’ flagship brand, and we’ll back you to take bold bets. This is a rare opportunity to scale a high-growth business that already has traction, trust, and serious momentum. Your job is to take it to the next level: to build the growth engine, lead a high-performance team, and help make Juniper the most trusted name in healthcare.

We’ll also expect you to:

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through performance marketing, brand channels and new channel expansion.
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional growth team spanning paid media, CRM, analytics, and creative & organic content — fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and high performance.
  • Oversee strategic investment planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring growth initiatives align with business goals and deliver efficient, scalable results.
  • Drive marketing performance across all key channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TV, OOH, referrals, and more), optimising the full funnel with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Champion a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset, running structured experiments to refine creative, targeting, media mix, and customer journey touchpoints.
  • Own attribution strategy and marketing effectiveness measurement, implementing frameworks like holdout testing and incrementality to inform smart decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic growth partner across the business, collaborating with Product, Data, and international teams to align growth with company strategy, customer insights, and long-term brand equity.

Job requirements

About you (Who you are)

  • 6-10+ years of experience in customer acquisition roles for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Proven ability to manage and scale large media budgets across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience working closely with creative teams to produce ads that drive both attention and performance
  • Strong copywriting skills, with an instinct for messaging that converts
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to build and optimise high-converting marketing funnels
  • Deep experience with channel attribution, using multiple data sources to accurately measure uplift and ROI
  • Experience designing or leading MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) or incrementality testing programs is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating context switching between channels, brands, and campaign types in a fast-paced environment
  • A deep personal interest in marketing, advertising, and experimentation — you love being behind the wheel of high-impact campaigns

Bonus points if you have:

  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, with a strong interest or working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
  • A track record of success within a fast-growing startup environment, with the ability to thrive amid rapid change, ambiguity, and scaling challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow high-performing teams, ideally in cross-functional or growth-focused roles.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry (e.g. fintech, health, insurance, etc.) and understanding how to navigate compliance while driving growth
