Now we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to help us scale from $15M to $30M to $100M in revenue — and build the team, strategy, and execution engine that gets us there.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the marketing roadmap aligned to company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines.
  • Optimise campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more — always grounded in data and experimentation.
  • Build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, and connect the dots between them.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams to align on growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.

Job requirements

Skills that set you apart

  • Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
  • Strategic thinking prowess, capable of breaking down company goals into actionable steps.
  • A track record of scaling to large revenues, showcasing your growth expertise.
  • You consistently track and report on key metrics including working with data team to build measurement infrastructure needed to make key decisions
  • A knack for people leadership and management, empowering, coaching  and developing marketing teams to their fullest potential.
  • B2B and B2C (or even B2B2C) marketing experience - a plus to navigate the diverse landscape.
