With a distributed team of 40+ and a growing cross-functional product organisation, we’re now hiring a Lead Product Manager to lead, mature and scale our product management practices. This is a unique opportunity for a high performance product manager to accelerate electrification by shaping how and what we build to transition utilities to a decarbonised grid.
Your Impact:
- Translate the product vision to the roadmap: turn our product vision into an executable roadmap that balances customer needs, new opportunities and technical constraints.
- Establish product management discipline: introduce lightweight structure and rituals that enable focus and improve execution.
- Lead cross-functionally: partner with and mentor talented software, design and data science teams to deliver a high impact product roadmap.
- Co-create with customers: build deep, trust-based relationships with utility partners, co-designing and validating concepts that solve real-world operational pain points.
- Own analytical discovery: synthesise user feedback, usage data, and commercial signals to represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Ruthlessly prioritise impact: evaluate opportunities through the lens of customer value, technical feasibility, and market timing to focus the team on the highest-impact work.
- Drive delivery at scale: translate strategy into crisp product requirements and partner closely with engineering and design to ship outcomes, not just features.
- Land the value: partner on smooth launches, amplifying impact through clear communication, measurable value realisation, and rapid iteration loops.
