The Role

Heidi is growing at an unprecedented pace, and our Lifecycle team is scaling right alongside it.

We’re looking for an ambitious, versatile Lifecycle Marketer to elevate our customer engagement programs and help us drive impact across the entire user journey.

There’s a lot to build. With a large and highly active customer base, the Lifecycle team plays a critical role in supporting key business objectives; from free user activation and retention, to conversion and expansion.

Whether you're shaping long-term behavioural campaigns, launching strategic initiatives, or supporting product updates and customer webinars, you’ll be instrumental in defining how we communicate with our users during this exciting phase of growth.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications to drive activation, retention, and feature adoption.
  • Own customer communications for product updates, webinars, and roadshow initiatives, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-impact messaging.
  • Develop onboarding and nurture journeys that guide users to value and encourage product-led self-discovery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Customer teams to align lifecycle touchpoints with broader go-to-market initiatives.
  • Segment users and personalize outreach based on behavioral, usage, and demographic data to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns to improve key lifecycle metrics—open rates, activation, engagement, and expansion.
  • Build out reporting and analytics to track lifecycle performance and uncover opportunities for deeper impact.

Job requirements

What we will look for:

  • You have a deep curiosity about customer behavior and can put yourself in their shoes, crafting messaging and experiences that resonate at every stage of the journey.
  • You’re comfortable with both content and copywriting, or the technical aspects of lifecycle tools, experimentation, and automation (or both!).
  • You’re versatile with a broad skill set, and have a knack for learning new things fast; tools, systems, user behavior, product features, and more.
  • You’ve had hands-on experience running customer communications via email platforms like Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, or similar. You're not afraid to build, launch, and iterate on your own.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience in lifecycle, digital, or PLG marketing, and are eager to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environment.
  • You can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and still deliver polish
  • Bonus: Exposure to healthcare, events, or web design/development workflows
