Responsibilities

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join the Juniper Australia team and work across growth and operations initiatives. This is an 8-week paid internship, with an immediate start.

This is a generalist role for someone who wants real exposure to how a high-growth healthcare company operates. You’ll work closely with our Strategy, Growth, and Product teams to support high-impact projects that improve patient experience, unlock new growth channels, and strengthen how Juniper runs day to day.

You’ll be given meaningful responsibility from the start and trusted to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard.

Your work may span a mix of:

Growth & Partnerships

  • Conduct structured market research to identify and prioritise potential partnership opportunities
  • Support outreach to selected organisations across health and wellness
  • Visit potential partner locations to build relationships and better understand their offering
  • Prepare materials and analysis to support partnership discussions
  • Track opportunities and maintain pipeline discipline

Product Growth & Lifecycle Support

  • Support the setup and optimisation of patient email flows and lifecycle campaigns (e.g. onboarding, reminders, reactivation)
  • Assist in implementing promotions, offers, and operational changes across relevant systems
  • Contribute to improvements across the conversion and onboarding journey, helping test, QA, and launch updates
  • Support performance tracking and reporting to understand what’s working and where we can improve

General Operations & Execution

  • Support initiatives that improve the end-to-end patient experience, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Analyse patient data and feedback to identify friction points and areas for improvement
  • Help translate patient experience insights into clear action plans and support delivery through to launch
