About the role:

We’re hiring a Paid Ads Creative Specialist who knows how to build, test, and scale high-performing video ads.

This role is for someone who understands that creative is the biggest lever in paid media, and knows how to produce ads that convert, not just look good.

You’ll own the creative side of paid acquisition, while also supporting organic and brand content where needed. This is initially a contract role with strong potential to become full-time. The right candidate will take creative briefs, work with existing footage, shoot new content, and produce high-quality videos quickly and efficiently, tailored for paid, organic, and brand channels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and scope:

  • Own paid ads creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Concept, produce, edit, and iterate video ads designed to drive CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Develop and test hooks, angles, offers, UGC styles, and narratives for scaling campaigns.
  • Rapidly produce and iterate multiple ad variations per concept (testing mindset).
  • Work closely with marketing to review performance and refine creative based on results.
  • Repurpose high-performing paid ads into organic and brand content.
  • Shoot original content as required (UGC-style, founder-led, product-led).

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience creating paid social video ads that drive measurable results.
  • Experience producing ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube (bonus: health, DTC, subscription brands).
  • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, iterations).
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to inform creative decisions.
  • Ability to move fast: testing, learning, iterating weekly.
