About the role:
We’re hiring a Paid Ads Creative Specialist who knows how to build, test, and scale high-performing video ads.
This role is for someone who understands that creative is the biggest lever in paid media, and knows how to produce ads that convert, not just look good.
You’ll own the creative side of paid acquisition, while also supporting organic and brand content where needed. This is initially a contract role with strong potential to become full-time. The right candidate will take creative briefs, work with existing footage, shoot new content, and produce high-quality videos quickly and efficiently, tailored for paid, organic, and brand channels.
