Job description

About Eucalyptus

We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
  • Scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weight-management program.
  • Grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000 and received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan

Responsibilities

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

Juniper is evolving from a single-condition weight loss product into a unified women’s health platform. One brand, one account and one core product experience supporting patients across multiple conditions, treatments, products and services over time.

As Principal Product Manager, you will lead the platform and core product experience that underpins this evolution across all Juniper markets, including Australia, the UK, Canada, Germany, Japan and future expansions.

You will own how this platform is designed to scale globally while still delivering intuitive, localised patient experiences. This includes building shared foundations for plans, transactions, subscriptions and fulfilment that work across different markets, regulations and operating models, without fragmenting the product or slowing teams down. You will also design the core product foundations that allow Juniper to support women across a broader health journey, grounded in trust and curation, expanding beyond weight loss into areas such as menopause, diagnostics, supplements and prescription hair and skin treatments, and bringing these together into intuitive plans and experiences rather than disconnected offerings.

This is a highly ambitious role at the centre of Juniper’s long-term strategy. Your work will directly influence how millions of patients experience healthcare over time, and will have a material impact on cross-sell, retention, lifetime value and Juniper’s ability to scale as a global women’s health platform.

  • Define the ecosystem platform strategy: Lead the strategy and execution for Juniper’s core platform, shaping how patients move across multiple conditions, treatments, products and services over time.
  • Build the commercial engine: Design the product foundations that drive cross-sell, retention and lifetime value through plans, subscriptions, payments, fulfilment and lifecycle logic.
  • Enable new offerings at scale: Create a shared, scalable platform that allows new conditions and offerings to launch quickly without fragmenting the patient experience.
  • Solve global complexity: Build platform capabilities that work across Juniper’s global markets, balancing shared foundations with local regulatory and operational needs.
  • Drive step-change initiatives: Own large, high-impact product programs such as ecosystem launches or major commerce evolution that materially shift patient value and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead through influence: Lead multiple squads and partner with GMs and senior stakeholders to align priorities, unblock execution and deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes.
  • Raise the bar: Act as a senior product leader across Juniper, mentoring PMs and setting a high standard for product thinking, systems design and decision quality.

  • Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of pricing, retention mechanics and unit economics
  • Confident working with senior cross-functional stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
