A super exciting opportunity to join the fold as our Senior Brand Marketing Manager who'll be the driving force behind our incredibly popular Global Limited Edition (LE) Program. This isn't just about launching cool products; it's about fuelling our brand growth and retention by creating unmissable moments that delight our community and drive significant impact. You'll be the maestro orchestrating the end-to-end delivery and oversight of our LE program, ensuring every new release creates buzz, generates excitement, and helps us get closer to our mission of ensuring everyone has access to clean water and a toilet. Responsibilities

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

  • Activating our FY26 Limited Edition Strategy: responsible for end to end delivery of multiple project launches at differing stages of development.
  • Collaborating closely with our Creative team: ensuring we're pushing the envelope creatively whilst ensuring we're delivering on commercial objectives
  • Partnering with our eComm and Local Growth Leads: confirming all our "go-to-market" campaigns are perfectly tailored for each market and channel
  • Diving into performance data: monitoring sales pacing to see if we're on track or if any optimisations are needed. Ensuring all those good learnings are captured and translated into actionable insights and contingency plans for future campaigns.
  • Helping transition crucial knowledge: responsible for keeping our Limited Edition playbooks and processes up to date, evolving as needed to ensure we’re in a continuous state of improvement and all knowledge and learnings can be easily accessed by the broader business.

Job requirements

You're a seasoned brand marketer with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns, ideally with experience in end-to-end program management. We're specifically looking for someone with broader marketing generalist skills who can see the big picture while still sweating the small stuff. You're a collaborative spirit, eager to work closely with Creative, Marketing Ops, eComm, Commercial Strategy, and our Local Growth Leads. You're proactive, a natural problem-solver, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You're passionate about our mission, you understand the power of a great brand, and you're ready to take ownership of a program that has significant strategic and financial impact on our global growth.
