Our Chief People Officer is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our P&C team and genuinely partner with a few key leaders across the business to help us build the kind of culture that attracts, grows, and keeps the best in the world — a culture that scales as fast and far as our technology. We're a Series D Space Tech that is in scaling up phase, so prior experience in start up / scale ups is a must have and while we're looking for strong HR generalist backgrounds, having strong L&D backgrounds or skills (creating and facilitating engaging training and coaching sessions) is also high on our priority list.

Job requirements

It is a must have requirement that you have experience in start up / scale up environments, we work a little faster and leaner than big corporates and value the experience of adapting and problem solving in those environments.- You will have 5 + years of experience in HR / P&C Partnering or Generalist roles within those start up / scale up environments with a broad knowledge base of key HR issues - Employer Relations, OH&S, Performance and Compensation etc but with a key focus on L&D experience or skills.

For example you would nee to be strong at designing training content and facilitating sessions as you will be asked to coach the leaders you partner with.- You will have strong examples of using Data in your decision making- Experience partnering with Technical/Engineering/Product teams will be nice to have- Strong commercial mindset: you understand how great people practices drive business outcomes- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity; you know how to bring structure without over-engineering- You have excellent communication skills and can influence, inspire, and challenge constructively
