Senior Software Engineer (Mobile,AI)

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Mindset Health, you’ll play a critical role in building seamless, high-quality mobile experiences that deliver therapeutic value to our users. With at least 5 years of mobile development experience, you’ll bring deep expertise in designing performant, scalable, and intuitive applications—ideally across both iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and clinical experts to ship impactful features that are both technically robust and user-centric.

With 2+ years of hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), you’ll help shape how we leverage AI to personalize content, enhance user engagement, and support health outcomes.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who’s comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited by the opportunity to apply cutting-edge technologies to real human needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging React Native mobile apps and React web applications.
• Explore and implement innovative AI-driven features using large language models (LLMs).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor other engineers, encouraging continuous learning and development.
• Maintain rigorous standards of security, privacy, and compliance, particularly within healthcare.
