The Role

Working closely with our Head of Finance, CFO and the broader business, you’ll be an FP&A Lead with a strong finance or commercial background who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll take full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the business.

As we scale, you will play a key role in building and shaping the FP&A function, enhancing financial models, and partnering with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support resource allocation and growth initiatives.

This role offers a strong growth trajectory, with opportunities to build and lead a team as the company continues to expand. You will be expected to take initiative, provide clear insights, and ensure financial planning processes are robust, accurate, and aligned to support Heidi’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Own the company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment and accountability across all departments.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and decision-making during our rapid expansion.
  • Support the evolution of the Finance function including system and process enhancements and automation.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Provide data-driven insights to help them understand business drivers, evaluate opportunities, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial results against budgets and forecasts, focusing on key SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn) and delivering actionable commentary to business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Support investor reporting, capital raising, and board materials preparation with robust analysis and modelling.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including implementing a new ERP system and enhancing data hygiene quality.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance finance function that is proactive and value-adding to the overall business.

Job requirements

What we will look for:

  • 5+ years post qualified and relevant industry experience (high-growth SAAS is beneficial)
  • CA or CPA qualified is desirable
  • Proven experience in managing budgeting cycles and company metrics as well as advising senior stakeholders in a commercial support function
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Process automation and system implementation experience highly regarded
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are a natural problem-solver.
