About the role (What you’ll be doing)

  • Lead inventory planning and replenishment across RX and D2C, ensuring stock accuracy and availability across all locations.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely fulfillment, efficient storage, and order accuracy.
  • Own ERP operations - managing item setup, transactions, data integrity, and automation improvements.
  • Maintain a 12-month rolling supply plan aligned to forecasted demand and product launches.
  • Monitor supply risks and escalate or resolve issues to prevent stockouts and delivery delays.
  • Manage supplier coordination to ensure timely deliveries and accurate planning inputs.
  • Track key metrics and drive process optimisation across inventory, warehouse, and systems to support scale and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Set cycle goals for team members
  • Unblock their team members to drive impact
  • Drive metrics within their scope
  • Hire, onboard, develop, and manage the performance of their team members

Responsibilities

Skills and experience

  • Strong background in inventory planning and replenishment, with proven ability to maintain stock accuracy across multiple channels (RX and D2C).
  • Experience overseeing warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, storage optimization, and accuracy in dispatch.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems: item setup, transactions, data integrity, and driving automation improvements.
  • Skilled in building and managing a 12-month rolling supply plan aligned with demand forecasts and product launches.
  • Ability to monitor supply risks and proactively resolve issues to avoid stockouts or delivery delays.
  • Experience in supplier coordination to ensure timely deliveries and accurate planning inputs.
  • Strong track record in process optimisation, driving efficiency across inventory, warehouse, and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, measure performance, and drive team metrics.
  • Leadership skills in hiring, onboarding, developing, and managing team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organisation & Management or similar
