🚀 The Role: Account Manager

Our Partner Hiring team is responsible for onboarding, hiring, and driving success for all our employer partners. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our diverse, ambitious fellows land great roles — while also building strong relationships with our company partners.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Lead onboarding calls and guide customers through a seamless platform setup process.
  • Engage directly with hiring managers and partners to optimise hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay across industry hiring trends and bring insights into partner conversations.
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to continuously improve the partner experience.

Job requirements

🙌 About You

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.
  • Confident, professional communicator with attention to detail.
  • Analytical and commercial mindset — you’re comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Adaptable and excited by the fast pace of a startup environment.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet/exceed key performance metrics.
  • Experience or familiarity with sales hiring is a plus (but not essential).
